Product Description We sell digital license keys that provide access to third-party software. We do not develop, own, or provide the software associated with these keys. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the use of the software complies with their local laws and the terms of service of the respective software provider. 3. Disclaimer and Risks Third-Party Software: We only sell license keys. We are not responsible for the functionality, quality, or compatibility of the software itself. Any issues with the software must be resolved with the respective provider. Use at Your Own Risk: The use of third-party software may be subject to restrictions by the software provider. We are not responsible for any penalties, such as account bans or access restrictions. Liability Exclusion: We are not liable for any losses, damages, or consequences resulting from the use of the software, including but not limited to account bans, data loss, or other penalties. 4. Legal Notices Customer Responsibility: The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that the purchase and use of the software comply with local laws and the terms of the respective software provider. No Promotion of Illegal Activities: We do not promote or support activities that violate applicable laws or the policies of third-party service providers. 5. Refund Policy No Refunds for License Keys By purchasing a license key from us, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Final Sale – All license key sales are final. Once delivered, keys cannot be refunded, replaced, or returned under any circumstances. 2. Digital Product Only – You are purchasing a license key, not the software itself. We do not provide technical support or guarantees for the software associated with the key. 3. One-Time Use – License keys are redeemable only once. After activation, the key is permanently tied to your account/software and cannot be returned or resold. 4. No Responsibility for Software Issues – If you are dissatisfied with the software, experience technical problems, or change your mind, we cannot offer refunds or replacements, as we only sell the keys and have no control over the software itself. Legal Note: Refunds will only be provided where required by law, for example, in the case of technical errors caused by us. 6. Usage Rights Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the key. Ownership and intellectual property rights remain with the respective software provider. Sharing, reselling, or reproducing the key after activation is strictly prohibited. 7. Payment Terms Payments must be made using the accepted payment methods. Any additional transaction fees are the customer’s responsibility. License keys will be delivered only after successful payment. 8. Intellectual Property We do not own or claim any rights to the software associated with the license keys. All trademarks, copyrights, and intellectual property belong to the respective software providers. 9. Changes to the Terms of Service We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be published on this page and take effect upon publication. It is the customer’s responsibility to stay informed about updates.
